Phone numbers

Your DID numbers: what is included, how to get more, how to release them, and how automatic caller-ID rotation protects your answer rates.

Your included phone numbers

Your package comes with a block of local US phone numbers at no per-number cost - they are part of what you already pay monthly. The quantity is based on your agent count and is fixed for the package.

You can see all of your numbers in your dashboard. Every outbound campaign uses your numbers automatically for local presence and rotation (see Your numbers on your campaigns).

Your numbers stay yours as long as your subscription is active. You do not buy numbers one-by-one from a store - if you need more numbers or a different mix of area codes, we handle it for you (see Getting more or different numbers).

Getting more or different numbers

Want additional numbers, more area codes, or a different local footprint than the one you started with? Open a support ticket from Dashboard > Support and tell us what you need.

Because your numbers are provisioned and managed for you, changes are handled by our team rather than a self-service store. This keeps your caller-ID reputation clean and your routing correct. We will confirm the details and take care of it.

Releasing or changing a number

You can manage renewals and releases for your numbers from your dashboard.

Important: a number that is currently assigned to an active campaign is locked - you cannot release it until you remove it from the campaign first. This prevents you from accidentally breaking a live caller-ID rotation.

Your numbers renew alongside your package. You will get a reminder before a number is due, and a summary after any release. If you want us to swap numbers or change your area-code mix, open a support ticket and we will handle it.

Your numbers on your campaigns

You do not assign numbers by hand - every outbound campaign automatically carries your full number inventory as its caller-ID pool.

  • Your ready campaigns arrive with a complete caller-ID plan already attached
  • Campaigns you create yourself get the same treatment automatically - all of your numbers, rotating evenly

There is nothing to configure and nothing to forget, and no campaign can end up accidentally dialing from a single overworked number. If you want a different mix of numbers or area codes behind your campaigns, see Getting more or different numbers.

How caller-ID rotation works

Caller ID is handled for you, automatically:

Local presence - your ready campaigns carry a complete caller-ID map built from your own numbers: when you dial into an area code where you own a number, the person you are calling sees that local number (dialing a 305 lead presents your 305 caller ID). This is why we ask for your target cities and area codes at order time (see Telling us about your campaign) - a familiar local number significantly improves answer rates.

Even rotation - everywhere else, and on campaigns you create yourself, your numbers rotate one call at a time, so every number ends the day with a balanced call count. Even usage is the single cheapest protection against your numbers being flagged as spam - and here it is automatic, with nothing for a manager to configure or forget.

The caller ID shown is always a real number you own, and whichever campaign is dialing, the platform keeps your calling compliant (see Compliance and trust).
