Compliance and trust

Verification requirements, TCPA and Do-Not-Call acknowledgements, and a clear split of which obligations are ours and which are yours.

A registered US voice provider

CreatixReach is operated by Creatixdial LLC, a US-registered voice service provider with a filed robocall-mitigation program. That standing is part of why identity verification and the platform's calling controls are not optional - they keep you, your numbers, and the wider phone network safe.

When you dial through CreatixReach, you are calling on infrastructure built to meet US telecom rules, not a grey-market setup that can disappear overnight.

Protections that are always on

Several protections run automatically on every account and cannot be switched off - they protect you legally and keep your caller ID healthy:

  • Abandoned-call limits - your overall drop rate is kept within legal caps (many jurisdictions cap it at 3%)
  • Calling hours - the platform only dials a contact during permitted local hours, generally 9am to 9pm in the contact's own time zone
  • Safe-harbor message - on the rare call that cannot reach an agent in time, a compliant message plays automatically
  • No prerecorded voicemail drops on cold leads
  • A consent confirmation on every lead upload - each list you upload includes a quick confirmation that the data is consented and properly scrubbed, kept on record for you

You get strong guardrails by default, so responsible calling is the path of least resistance.

Your responsibilities

The platform gives you powerful protections, but responsible calling starts with you. You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy and consent status of the leads you upload
  • Scrubbing your lists against the Do-Not-Call registries that apply to your calling - lists are uploaded under your responsibility, and you confirm they are properly scrubbed each time you upload
  • Honoring opt-outs promptly - the platform makes this easy: one keystroke marks a contact Do not call and takes them out of your dialing rotation
  • Calling within the terms you agreed to at verification (Acceptable Use, TCPA, and Do-Not-Call)

Clean, consented data keeps your answer rates high and your numbers out of trouble. If you are unsure whether a use case is allowed, ask us before you launch.
