Campaigns

Building campaigns, uploading and mapping leads, starting and stopping dialing, and configuring dispositions.

Creating a campaign

Your platform arrives with four ready campaigns - Inbound, Manual, Adaptive, and Ratio - already configured and tested, so your team can dial from day one without building anything.

When you want more, go to Dashboard > Campaigns and click New campaign:

  1. Pick the campaign type - Manual, Ratio, or Adaptive (see Dial methods for how each paces calls)
  2. Name it - any label (e.g. "May insurance leads")
  3. Set calls per agent - a bounded slider with clear warnings, so you can push throughput deliberately, never by accident

Click Create. The new campaign is cloned from your own proven default of that type - settings, agent hotkeys, detection profile, and caller-ID plan included - so it is production-grade from the first dial. All of your numbers are attached automatically (see Phone numbers).

Then upload leads right from the campaign row, and switch the campaign on or off from Edit campaign (see Starting and stopping a campaign).

Uploading leads

Upload leads right in the portal: go to Dashboard > Campaigns and click Upload leads on the campaign you want to feed.

  1. Choose your CSV file
  2. Columns are matched for you - common aliases like "Phone1", "Mobile", "Cell" are recognized automatically, including a second phone column if your file has one
  3. Review the preview counts - file rows, leads to upload, duplicates skipped, rows rejected
  4. Tick the quick confirmation that your list is consented, properly scrubbed data, and hit upload

Good to know:

  • Each file becomes its own lead list, named after the file - so you can switch one file's leads on or off, or delete them, without touching the rest (see Edit campaign > Lead lists)
  • Every valid phone number becomes its own dialable lead. A row that carries two numbers produces two leads, and the agent still sees the other number on screen during the call
  • Duplicate numbers inside an upload are skipped automatically, and invalid numbers are rejected and counted - never silently dialed
  • Tens of thousands of rows are fine; uploads run in the background

Tip: keep phone columns as 10-digit US numbers (5551234567) or 11-digit with the leading 1 (15551234567).

Starting and stopping a campaign

Right in the portal: open Dashboard > Campaigns, click Edit on the campaign, and flip Active on or off.

You can also work at the list level: Edit campaign > Lead lists shows each uploaded file with a live lead count, and lets you switch a single file's leads on or off - or delete a list you are done with - without touching the rest of the campaign.

Agents who are logged into the campaign start receiving calls as soon as there are leads to work and the calling-hours window is open.

To stop everything fast: flip Active off. In-flight calls finish naturally, no new calls are placed.

Dispositions and call outcomes

Every call ends with a disposition - the agent picks what happened (Sale, Callback, No answer, Do not call, etc.).

Your campaigns come with a clean disposition set and nine one-key hotkeys on the live-call screen (Sale, Not interested, Callback, No answer, Busy, Do not call, Disconnected, Declined sale, No pitch), so an agent can wrap a call in a single keystroke. Fast dispositions keep wrap time near zero and your data clean.

Dispositions drive what happens next:

  • Whether the lead is redialed - you choose exactly which statuses get called again per campaign, from Edit campaign > Statuses to call (fresh, no-answer, busy, callbacks and more)
  • A contact dispositioned Do not call drops out of your dialing rotation immediately
  • Sales are counted for reporting and highlighted in your call logs

Get your team aligned on the disposition list early; it drives all your reporting downstream.
