Is this really a dedicated server?+
Yes. Each subscription gets its own dedicated server. Your traffic is never shared with another customer.
What does the calling credit cover?+
Per-minute outbound calling. You only pay for calls that connect (answered with a normal hangup). No-answers, busies, and failed attempts are not billed.
Are phone numbers extra?+
No. Your package includes your numbers - the counter shows exactly how many. Need more numbers? Increase your agents.
How do I pay?+
Visa and major cards (processed by Stripe), or cryptocurrency. Your exact options are confirmed with our billing team during onboarding - see the Billing page.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Your subscription runs until the end of the current paid period. No cancellation fee.
What if I need more agents?+
Increase your agent count from the portal and we move you to a bigger dedicated server in about 10 minutes. Your campaigns, agents, leads, and call history come with you intact.
Is there a setup fee?+
