Hosted VICIdial

Hosted VICIdial on a dedicated server, managed end to end

Every CreatixReach customer gets their own VICIdial installation on their own virtual machine with its own IP address — not a seat on a shared dialer. We build it, tune it, connect the carrier, attach your DID numbers and keep it patched. You log in and run campaigns.

What is included

A CreatixReach package is a complete outbound stack rather than a software licence. Everything below ships with the server:

  • A dedicated virtual machine running the full open-source VICIdial suite, sized to your agent count
  • Your own IP address — your caller-ID reputation is never affected by another customer's traffic
  • 20 US DID numbers per agent seat, with automatic caller-ID rotation across your campaigns
  • Carrier SIP trunking, already configured against the dialer
  • A pre-tuned dial plan so predictive dialing behaves correctly on day one
  • Call recordings, call logs and live agent monitoring surfaced in the CreatixReach portal
  • Ongoing patching, monitoring and support from the team that built the box

Dedicated, not shared

Most cheap “hosted VICIdial” offers put dozens of customers on one server. That keeps the sticker price near $70–$99 a month, and it means your dial speed depends on how hard your neighbours are dialing, and your caller-ID reputation depends on how well they behave.

CreatixReach does the opposite. One customer, one machine, one IP. If a neighbour gets their numbers flagged, it has nothing to do with you, because there is no neighbour. Packages start at $149.99/mo for 3 agents and the per-agent price falls as your team grows — see the full pricing calculator.

Dial methods you can actually use

All standard VICIdial dial methods are available and documented, so you can match the method to the campaign rather than dialing one way for everything:

  • MANUAL — agent-initiated dialing, one call at a time
  • RATIO — a fixed number of lines per available agent
  • ADAPT_HARD_LIMIT — predictive dialing capped at a drop-rate ceiling
  • ADAPT_AVERAGE — predictive dialing tuned to your average drop rate
  • ADAPT_TAPERED — predictive dialing that tightens as the list is exhausted
  • INBOUND_MAN — inbound queue handling for the same agent pool

Each one is explained, with guidance on when to pick it, in the dial methods documentation.

Compliance is part of the product

CreatixReach is operated by Creatixdial LLC, an FCC-registered voice service provider. That has a practical consequence: we verify who our customers are before a dialer exists. You submit company registration details and a government-issued ID, confirm a business-domain email, and acknowledge our Acceptable Use Policy along with separate TCPA and Do-Not-Call acknowledgements, each timestamped to your account.

If you are looking for an anonymous dialer, this is the wrong provider. If you are a legitimate outbound operation that is tired of having numbers killed by the company sharing your server, it is probably the right one. The full policy is on the acceptable use page.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly is hosted VICIdial?
VICIdial is an open-source contact center suite built on Asterisk. Hosted VICIdial means somebody else runs it for you: the operating system, the Asterisk build, the database, the web admin and the dial plan are installed, tuned, patched and monitored by the provider, and you simply log in and dial. CreatixReach provisions a separate VICIdial server for each customer rather than putting many customers on one shared installation.
Is this the real VICIdial or a rebuilt lookalike?
It is the genuine open-source VICIdial suite, not a reimplementation. You get the standard admin interface at /vicidial/admin.php, the standard agent screen, the standard reports, and the standard campaign, list, filter and disposition model. Anything you already know about VICIdial applies here.
How long does provisioning take?
Once business verification is approved and payment clears, the server is built, DNS is created, the dialer is customized to your hostname and your admin and agent logins are emailed to you. In practice that is usually a few hours rather than days.
Do I get root access to the server?
The virtual machine is dedicated to you and is not shared with other customers. Day-to-day administration is done through the VICIdial admin interface and the CreatixReach portal; deeper server-level access is arranged case by case through support, since we maintain the build and are responsible for its carrier-facing behavior.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your leads, call logs and recordings live on your own instance. Export them from the VICIdial admin interface at any time while your subscription is active, or ask support for an assisted export before cancellation.
Can I run inbound as well as outbound?
Yes. Inbound routing, IVR-style call handling, queue assignment and voicemail are all part of the platform, and inbound and outbound calls appear together in the portal call logs with recordings attached.
