Call logs and recordings

Reading call logs, understanding billed versus unbilled rows, and playing or downloading recordings.

Reading your call logs

Dashboard > Call logs shows every call with rich filters and summary stat cards at the top. Filter by:

  • Campaign
  • Agent
  • Status (disposition)
  • Phone number
  • Date, plus quick time-range chips (last hour through last 30 days)

The stat cards give you the day at a glance - call counts, connect and drop rates, and spend - so you can spot how a campaign is performing without running a separate report.

Inbound and outbound in one place

Both your outbound and inbound calls appear in your call logs, so you get a complete picture of your day. A direction filter lets you focus on just outbound or just inbound when you need to.

Playing and downloading recordings

Every recorded call has Play and Download controls right on its row in the call logs. Reviewing an agent conversation or pulling a recording for your records takes one click - no digging through folders.

What the row colors mean

Rows in your call logs are shaded so you can see billing status at a glance:

  • Green - the call was billed to your calling balance
  • Gray - the call was not billed (for example, it was too short to charge, or it never connected)
  • A special highlight marks calls your agents dispositioned as a sale, so your wins stand out

Every billed call shows its exact duration and cost, so your spend is always transparent.
